Overview
Learners will demonstrate knowledge, skills, and applied competence in their field of study as well as a variety of functional leadership fields that provide opportunities for continued personal growth, profitable economic activity, and rewarding contributions to the organization in which they are involved specifically as well as society in general. A candidate qualified at this level can carry out the duties of a functional leader within an organization.

- Students should also have a basic understanding of digital literacy.

Overview
Emotional intelligence (otherwise known as emotional quotient or EQ) is the ability to understand, use, and manage your own emotions in positive ways to relieve stress, communicate effectively, empathize with others, overcome challenges and defuse conflict.
